Today was consumed with my sister’s knee replacement surgery, courtesy of the teaching hospital associated with Dartmouth’s medical school. We got a preview of the joint that will be inhabiting her body. I guess I wasn’t expecting something so…substantial. Yikes. The good news is we somehow scored the VIP room with the best view on campus!
