My friendship with Diana blossomed during my three years at UNC and has continued to grow over the 17 years since. Today’s recipe for a great day in Boulder, CO: tour the Celestial Seasonings factory; visit the Leanin’ Tree outlet shop; explore the exotic merchandise on Pearl Street Mall; return to Greeley for home-made spaghetti.
